Central Lakes Rotarians, led by Keith Simar, planted 75 trees at Mayo Lake on Tuesday, May 22nd.
Pequot Lakes Mayor, Nancy Adams, joined the group to help with the Planting.  District Governor, Debra Warner, and Central Lakes Club President, Bruce Meade, planted the tree given to our club as part of the 1.2 Million Tree Planting Challenge from Rotary International President, Ian Risely, who is encouraging every 1.2 million Rotarians throughout the world to plant a tree as part of "Saving Planet Earth."  Club Members and families enjoyed a cookout following the event.  To see more photos, click here.
