ATTENDANCE & MAKEUPS:

Every Rotarian should strive to have a good attendance record.  Rotary members can make up a missed Club Meeting at ANY ROTARY CLUB IN THE WORLD. Simple options for us are our own satellite club in Pine River, the Brainerd sunrise or lunch clubs or an online e-meeting.

If you have a makeup to report, let the Club Secretary know so that it can be applied to your attendance report. Makeups can be "banked" for one year and used as needed for attendance purposes. It is the member's responsibility to keep track of makeups and to give the information to the Club Secretary.

Other things that constitute a make-up include:

  • Working on a Club Project (1 hour)

  • Attending a District or International event.

  • Preparing and presenting a program at Rotary.

  • Participation in a Club Event (yes, Golf Tournaments Count!)

  • Attending a Social Event with Central Lakes or another Rotary Club.

If you have questions about a make-up, please talk to your Mentor or the Club Secretary.
